This is your opportunity to tweak the layout, confirm your design preferences, and review the estimated construction timeline. Finishing Touches & Permitting With your design officially approved, we will help you hand-select your final finishes and materials, ensuring they harmonize beautifully with your home’s architecture. While you choose the aesthetics, our team handles the heavy lifting behind the scenes, filing engineering plans and obtaining all the necessary local permits.
5. Bringing the Design to Life Once the permits are in hand and materials are secured, our crew arrives to begin construction. Throughout the building process, we maintain open, clear communication so you always know exactly what is happening in your yard.
